Psalms 119:71-76

It was good for me to be afflicted
so that I might learn your decrees.
 The law from your mouth is more precious to me
than thousands of pieces of silver and gold.  Your hands made me and formed me;
give me understanding to learn your commands.
 May those who fear you rejoice when they see me,
for I have put my hope in your word.
 I know, Lord, that your laws are righteous,
and that in faithfulness you have afflicted me.
 May your unfailing love be my comfort,
according to your promise to your servant.



This verses are important to me because.... now i see I can bring people hope through Christ Jesus, My Lord and Savor

Birthday wishes

Thank you all for the Birthday wish! Today it finally hit me that I was 14, and I never thought I would be normal ( at least a feeling of normal) now I do! Anyway, I hope, and excited to become  a woman of God!!!!

New Age

Tomorrow I am turning 14! This new age........as I call it, is going to bring out the best, and the worest out on me. With new experances and places to go and see, and learning what God wants me to do in life!

This past year as been hard...... with surgrys, family, ect.

Brave

 Many people have lots of words that they like to call me, like: smart, cute, pretty, silly, and sometimes strong. But my favorite word i like is BRAVE......... and not just because of the movie Brave, but because that is the way God wants me to be!



 What are some words that people call you (nice words), and how can you use those words in your life, to share you testimony?

Being your self

Last night I went to youth for the second time, it was so much fun! Anyway, Justin was speaking about being your self, and not being afriad to be to talk about God infront of people. As he was saying the I was thinking " shoot I need to get beter about that." as I was thinking about that, Justin said if you want to change meet me, or Mikquel will pray with you. So I did and I feel so much closer to God!!


my challenge for you is if you are not being your self, or you have a hard time talking about God infront of people. Pray to God for help.

Truth

What is the word truth mean to you, sure you have you computer to look it up but what is truth. Do you think it is about what you believe in the bible, or the state of matter? I think it is the saying, "Why you believe why you believe, that get us cunfuse on the meaning of the word 'Truth'

my 13th birthday is coming up in a cople of weeks, in are family when a kid turns 13 they have to read there life scripture.Mine is Acts 2:25 it says:

I saw the Lord always before me.Because he is at my right hand, i will not be shaken. Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoises my body also will west in hope, because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead. You have made known to me the pathof life; you will fill me with joy and presence.

Spring

Spring is finily here!! It is time for birds to sing and for people to get out of the house.So what are you going to do this spring? I am going to go camping, swiming,and have fun with my family! So tell me what you are going to do this spring and to it.

Proverbs

In Proverbs 3:5-6 it says Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.In all your ways acknowledge Him, And he will make your path stright.

In Proverbs 2:1-3 it says. My son, if you will receive my word, And treasure my commandmments within you, Make your ear attentive to wisdom, Incline your heart to understanding; For if you cry for discernment.


What dos this mean to you?

In two weeks I am going to talk about Proverbs. In proverbs 18:21 it says " The tongue can bring dreath or life; those who love to talk will reap its consequences."


So what to you think that is about? I think it means that you shoud wach what you say,and when you say it.

missions trip

On March 7-11 I am going  on the missions trip to San Francisco to help people in need. In Matthew 25:42-45, “For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, ⁴³ I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’   ⁴⁴ “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’  ⁴⁵ “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.

So as I said I am going to help people in need by doing the food pantey,and going to the homeless shelter.
